Dlux Detailing provides mobile car detailing services as listed on our website or communicated directly. All work is carried out to a professional standard using quality products.

2. Bookings

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by message.

• We may require a deposit to confirm your booking.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on the vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements.
We will always confirm a final quote before beginning work.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure:

• Your vehicle is accessible at the time of service

• Adequate water and power access is available (if required)

• All personal belongings are removed prior to detailing

5. Liability

While every care is taken, Dlux Detailing is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects

• Items left in vehicles

• Damage resulting from aftermarket parts or accessories

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cash, EFT, and major card payments.

7. Changes to Terms

Dlux Detailing may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
