Refund Policy

At Dlux Detailing, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We stand by the quality of our work and aim to ensure every client is happy with their service.

1. Service Refunds

Due to the nature of car detailing services, refunds are not typically offered once work has been completed. However, if you are unsatisfied:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of your service

  • We will inspect the issue and, if appropriate, offer a re-detail or partial refund

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may result in a forfeited deposit.

3. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable in cases of no-shows or last-minute cancellations, as this covers lost time and booking slots.
